Steps to get started in the real estate industry.

• Check country guidelines
  Because there is no national real estate regulator, each country has different guidelines for real estate licensing. You may need to prove your education, pass a background check, and meet certain age requirements. Know the requirements in your country to make sure you are taking the correct steps to obtain your license.

• Take an associate degree course in real estate
  To take the driver’s license exam, you must first complete a real estate course. In these courses, you will learn the basics of selling and buying real estate, including:

property rights,
Titles, documents, and property
property tax.
Environmental and area laws,
Market analysis and valuation reports.
You can take these courses at community colleges, private real estate schools, or online. Each country has different requirements for the number of hours you must complete, but you can expect 20-200 hours of instruction. In a traditional class, it can take four to six months.

• Submit the government real estate sample.
  To get your license, you must pass your country’s real estate license test. Although each country survey is different, you will complete two sections: the national property section and the section specific to your state’s laws and regulations. The exams are multiple-choice and computer-assisted. You must be registered with an approved test center and complete your test. Although the number of repetitions is usually limited, you can generally repeat the test after waiting.

• Apply for a license
  After passing the test, you can apply for a license. Requirements vary by state, but you will likely need to show proof that you completed a real estate course and passed the exam. You may also be required to provide evidence of fault and negligence. After submitting your application, it may take a month or two to process.

Most states also require you to renew your real estate license by taking continuing education courses. These courses will help you stay current with any changes in real estate laws and regulations. Some states require that you complete additional training within a certain period after obtaining your license.

• Find a broker
  Real estate agents often have to work with a broker who oversees all transactions. Browse local brokerages and find the best one for you. Typically, brokers close real estate transactions and then give brokers a certain commission based on sales. So, check the usual percentages for each brokerage firm. Many real estate agents also help real estate agents learn about different aspects of their local real estate community.
• Consider joining the National Association of Realtors
  There is a difference between real estate agents and real estate agents, although they are often used interchangeably. Brokers are professionals who are members of the National Association of Realtors. These agents often have better networking opportunities and easier access to training programs. To become a certified broker, you must pay an annual membership fee.
• Become a runner
  Once you have enough experience, you can become a real estate agent. To take steps to obtain a real estate license, you must have a real estate license that is valid for a specified period. Depending on the permit, you may have to work as an agent for several years. Like real estate agents, agents must complete a licensing course and pass an exam.
