Some basic characteristics distinguish excellent communication from ordinary communication.

1. Learn to summarize: Summarizing is key. Nowadays nobody has enough time to read or listen to lengthy content. Being able to take a long list of points or other complex materials and boil them down to a few basic points is very important. You must summarize your story in as few lines as possible. So the most important lesson will be: Don’t just memorize. Try to chew your message. Make it shorter or longer depending on what’s happening in real time.

2. Use of Facts: When someone delivers a message, many will hesitate in that message, but some will certainly criticize or attack the messenger. 4. Cross-referencing: Try to figure out how your message relates to or reflects the information in articles, books, or direct quotes. If your message is more popular with other people’s existing content, you have more authority. Also, you can relate to and clarify this message based on other existing viewpoints. This allows you to connect and communicate more with the audience.

5. Be prepared: People will have questions and may need you to clarify a point. They want you to answer an irrelevant question. You have to mentally train yourself to face all these scenarios step by step. Some may ask strange questions or misunderstand part of your message. Therefore, it is important to be prepared for all of these scenarios.
