Here’s why your life is so frustrating and what you can do about it.
Disaster happens when you don’t have anything in life that motivates you to do something lasting about it.
You feel tired when you take on many things that you don’t take for granted.
We all need some challenges in life to grow, but this should not be the main reason in life.
A stressful life leaves you empty, apathetic, and without coping mechanisms.
Fear is whatever you say. It’s anything that stresses you out mentally or emotionally. Often we are undermined because our stress is seen as useless. It doesn’t matter where the source of stress comes from; the effect is the same. You suffer.
Your mind will cling to negative thoughts, your self-esteem will plummet, and you will never feel good about yourself. Therefore, you increase your stress response and cause heart disease, high blood pressure, and respiratory problems. It activates your inflammatory response, breaks out the skin, and slows down your immune response, making you more susceptible to infection.
If that doesn’t change, the world will miss you just the way you are. You begin to feel the pause.
Disaster happens when you don’t have anything in life that motivates you to do something lasting about it.
This can be done by
Not sure
Avoid
fear of sin
Feelings of inadequacy and hopelessness
lack of trust
Not comfortable trying new things and stepping out of your comfort zone
Don’t care about life anymore
Neglecting yourself by putting the needs of others ahead of your own
Self-imposed expectations are useless
This stress is different from the tiredness you feel when you start a new phase of life, e.g. B. if you have children or start a new job. The changes are mixed with excitement. A little stress is good. It motivates you to achieve your goals.
When it goes away, it produces terrible results. It redeems your soul. It threatens all aspects of your health and can lead to depression and suicidal thoughts.
You know you’ve reached your limit when the joy begins to leave your body. Your eyes begin to droop, your skin becomes dry and scaly. Meeting friends and everyday activities become a chore.
It’s when you can’t sleep or sleep all day. Your body craves comfort food—pizza, pasta, sugar. You accept any distraction, be it drugs, alcohol, or sex—anything that makes the pain go away.
Sometimes you have to try something different. You will always question what you do. Look forward to new steps that will take you to where you want to be.
When we fill our lives with unnecessary things, tasks, or activities, we turn off the light. We try to achieve goals that nobody is forcing us to achieve. It’s when we force results instead of enforcing them.
That doesn’t mean they don’t have to work hard, but some skills come more naturally than others.
