Given the popularity of video and its use to sell many different types of products, including cell phones and digital cameras, it’s safe to say that video marketing is an important part of any business plan.
The use of video on the web has grown significantly in recent years, and with sites like YouTube, video has become an important part of the marketing process for businesses. But how do you start incorporating video into your corporate marketing strategy?
Before you turn to YouTube for help, read these tips:
1.) First decide what you want to achieve with your video. The easiest way to find out is to search YouTube. Find out what are the most popular videos in your niche. The best videos fall into one of two categories: educational or entertaining.
2.) Select the type of video you want to create. There are different types and you can choose the type that suits your business or product. This can be videos, reviews, testimonials, or video testimonials.
3.) Decide where you want to post your video. Would you like to use your own external microphone? Would you like to outsource this project or do it yourself? There are also many different resolutions and frame runs to consider.
4.) Choose your topic. There are many different options here, from health issues to celebrity gossip to current events. You should also be careful when writing your articles because videos that are too serious can lose their appeal over time.
5.) Have you decided on your writing topic after choosing the topic? Should you write a description of what your video is about, or do you want to create a custom summary? When you create a custom collection, you need to make sure it’s interesting and contains all the information your viewers need and want to hear. And of course, it must have been written by you. There are also many different resolutions and frame runs to consider.
6.) After choosing your topic, have you decided on a strategy? Are you using the default YouTube layout or want to create your own? If you plan to create your own, check out the various videos on YouTube. You may find that you can accomplish what you need to accomplish faster with one type of system than another. For example, a short promotional video typically uses a short 30-second format, while a longer instructional or tutorial video uses a long 60-second format.
7.) Once you have decided on the video format, have you decided on your title? Have you made up your mind about your dates? Should you use the standard YouTube format for your name or do you want to create your own? If you want to create your own description, you need to make sure it’s interesting and contains all the information your viewer needs and wants to hear.
8.) Once you have decided on the format, title, and description, have you decided on your message? What’s your video message? What is the main message of your video? Have you already decided? Do you plan to add music? Have you decided on a location?
With all these decisions, you need to go to the Create Video section of your YouTube account and now you can start the editing process. Did you choose music? You should ensure that the selection of music you use is appropriate. Would you like to use a background tone? Have you decided on a location? Did you choose Impact? How about a statement? What about clarity? Have you decided on a room? Did you add changes? Have you decided on a focus? Did you add any effects? Have you already submitted articles? Have you decided on an audio system? Would you like to add a story? Have you chosen the length of your video?
9.) Did you add comments after making the video? Did you add credits? Did you add notes?
10.) Did you add a message when uploading your video? If you added messages, did you choose your language? Did you add any language settings? Did you choose your level?
