Branding is not something tangible, but an emotional topic that people can address and associate with quality. Being honest with your brand(s) and customers is crucial so that current and potential customers can see your integrity transparently, be honest and understand what you are saying and how you are saying it.
Make sure you are sincere and thank people for the opportunity to work with you.
Remember nobody likes a smartass and other people will notice and talk about all the downsides, so try to stay positive at all times.
