  1. Always start your work early, be it assignments, preparations for tests and exams. The real truth is that no one works well under pressure. it’s just a statement we use to encourage out laziness and procrastination
  2. Find what you’re passionate about, besides school and start actively taking part in it.
  3. Try to get an internship before you graduate, it doesn’t have to be paid or anything serious.
  4. Find a few friends whom you can trust, you don’t need to befriend the whole campus, those are problems.
  5. Start reading books, non-academic books to grow your vocabulary, check out personal development books, and please try to start dressing up professionally. Limit the ripped jeans and crop tops, we many we are growing, upstart branding yourself as someone ready to enter the cooperate world.
  6. Find an organization or association you can volunteer at, it looks good on the CV, by now you should have already started developing your CV and thinking beyond campus, also do some tuma short courses, don’t forget to open a LinkedIn account, not everyday pa Instagram.
  7. Find a campus fellowship to belong to, those are the best, you’ll meet nice people there.
  8. Try to start up a business while still on campus, it doesn’t have to be anything big, it could be as simple as selling books and pens.
  9. Learn financial literacy.
  10. Network with like-minded students and those ahead of you who are already in the workforce, don’t forget to be on good terms with your lecturers and above all, put God first in everything you do.
