2 reasons…
And I’m not referring to the general public who never even believe it’s an option.
I’m referring to the ambitious, entrepreneurial-minded, go-getters.
Despite their high spirited desires, the vast majority will fail.
It’s sad because I believe with everything in me it should be a MUCH higher percentage than it is. But after 26 years as an entrepreneur, it is what it is…
I could give you MANY reasons… like a lack of work ethic, pursuing a business that won’t scale to a million dollars a year (like owning one dry cleaning store), and others, but today we’ll focus on these two…
- No specific plan
Very simply put, they put the effort in, but have never created a defined action plan to become a millionaire.
If you don’t have a specific roadmap, you’re unlikely to get to your destination. When I was 24, I created my game plan to become a millionaire and I obsessed over it until it became true at 29.
- Lack of determination
I just sent a congratulations message to a new leader who hit one of the higher levels in our compensation plan. I shared with him that the ONLY thing stopping him from reaching the very top is determination.
There will be challenges thrown at you. SO many challenges that most just aren’t strong enough to keep going and they give up.
Major Golden Nugget: (you’ll want to share this…)
“There will be times where you cannot see a light at the end of the tunnel. When you get to that point, work as if the light is shining so bright it’s blinding you!”
