MTN Foundation Constructed a 600-bed dormitory block with an adjoining housemistress’ bungalow for Tamale Senior High School in the northern region. MTN foundation has also furnished the dormitory with bunk beds. The 600-bed capacity dormitory will be handed over to the school today in tamale. The Project fits into the Education focus area of the MTN foundation and SDG 3 of supporting infrastructural development to promote effective teaching and learning.
This project also aligns with the national priority to improve educational infrastructure at the SHS level especially because of the Free SHS policy.
The project will provide a safe school environment for students in respect of accommodation and effective learning.
