The IMC is chaired by Mr Norbert Cormla- Djamposu Anku with Mr. William Nti-Boadu, Mr Okyere Baffour Sarpong as members.
He tasked the committee to ensure a smooth transition of documentation from the immediate past leadership to the successive managerial team. He also stressed the need for a financial and technical audit to ensure that the next management would have enough information about the company to structure their plans and action plans.
He also underscored the need for TOR to explore viable partnerships moving forward to enable Ghana to reap the benefits of crude oil refining and he is confident that the refinery has a bright future.
