Men make lot of these mistakes in bed and it’s really important we always talk about it until these mistakes become a thing of the past.

I had to write about this after a reader sent a message complaining about the mistakes her man keeps making in bed and how he won’t learn.

As a sex Coach I have this listed as mistakes that our men keep making in bed which their women don’t like. Therefore sit back let me educate you.

1. QUIET DURING SEX
   Most men are guilty of this and most, if not all women don’t enjoy the annoying silence from their man during lovemaking. When you are quiet in bed, you make her wonder if she’s really pleasuring you. Show your woman you enjoy every bit of her while making love to her. stop the silence.
2. CONCLUDING WOMEN LOVE IT ROUGH IN BED
   Most men think women always want it hard and rough in bed. This is so wrong. No woman wants to leave the bed in serious pains and in need of medical attention after a rough sex. Though women love it rough sometimes, it’s important she consents to wanting it rough. Even when she says she wants it rough, it’s also important you don’t take it too far.
3. APPLYING FORCE ON THE CLIT
   Applying too much force on the clitoris is another common mistake men make. The clitoris is extremely sensitive and you need to go easy with it.
4. NOT BEING SENSITIVE TO HER WANTS
   When in bed with your woman, try to be sensitive to her wants. Don’t just pound until you cum. Learn to understand her wants in bed and use it as a guide. It’s important you are sensitive to her wants and not your wants. Before you want her in your bed think about it two things, 1: Satisfying her,
   2: avoid being selfish.
5. NOT USING THE FINGERS CAREFULLY
   Don’t use your fingers like you forgot something inside of her. Your finger isn’t a chewingstick so stop using it as one. It’s really sad to see men finger their spouse with the vigour reserved for lovemaking.
   Make sure your fingers are well trimmed and make sure you wash your hands first and lastly, don’t pinch the CLITORIS because it’s very sensitive and painful when pinched.
6. RUSH FOREPLAY
   Rushing foreplay is so wrong. Take it slowly and enjoy every part of your woman, stop acting as if she about to run away. A well-paced foreplay leads to a more fulfilling sex.
